Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for products marked as returnable on their product page and within the return window stated for that product. Items marked non-returnable are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and the return instructions.
Return Shipping and Procurement Fees
For an eligible change-of-mind return, or another return reason not caused by an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for the return-shipping cost. Where a reasonable procurement or sourcing fee applies, that fee and the amount or calculation will be disclosed before the order is placed. For an eligible return, applicable return-shipping charges and any clearly disclosed procurement fee may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, spurious, or materially different from its description, or is delivered later than the stated delivery schedule (except where a legally recognised force-majeure exception applies), contact us promptly with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer-protection requirements. We will not apply return-shipping or procurement deductions in a way that removes consumer rights or avoids responsibility for our own error.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to the payment provider's processing time. Any deduction that is permitted and applicable will be explained before the refund is finalised.
How to Request a Return
Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number, item name, reason for return, and supporting photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Do not ship an item back until you receive return instructions.
